Two world-class golf courses - The Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane - are within easy reach.
An excellent selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are located in Sunset Crest & Holetown. Other amenities including the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre - with its shops, cafes & cinemas, plus lots more - bars, banks, a supermarket, mini markets, a butchers, an ice cream parlour, wine shops, fruit and veg. stalls, bakeries, coffee shops, a Post Office, medical centres, the Chattel Village shops (offering everything from souvenirs to gourmet food), and Sunset Mall - a shopping plaza with a small department store (Cave Shepherd) and a cafe plus other outlets - are also within easy walking distance.

This is one of 14 privately-owned condos set within lush tropical, landscaped gardens that lead down to the white sandy beach and the enticing crystal clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.
Outside facilities include a freshwater swimming pool (3 feet to 7 feet deep and approximately 30 feet long by 15 feet wide), a sun deck, loungers and sunshades. A BBQ is also available for guests’ use.
This bright and airy property is very tastefully decorated and furnished in pretty tropical colours.
The large, private, furnished veranda - that leads out from the lounge area - is complete with a ceiling fan. The veranda leads out to the gardens with the beach just a few steps to the left. The swimming pool (attractively illuminated at night) is a short walk to the right through the gardens.
The spacious lounge/dining room - which has a rear entrance door that leads out from the lounge area - is equipped with a ceiling fan, a tower fan, cable TV, 2 sofas, a coffee table, a dining table & chairs and a telephone for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing local calls - which are free. For guests from the UK there is a UK style 3 pin electrical socket in the lounge.
Free WI-FI is usually available in the condo and on the veranda as well as in the gardens.
The kitchen includes an oven & hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, an iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
The air-conditioned bedroom offers a ceiling fan, twin beds that can be made up as a king size or 2 singles, bedside tables & lamps, a hairdryer and a chest of drawers. The en suite dressing area - complete with a fan and ample wardrobe space - leads into the WC/wet room. A small safe is also provided for guests' valuables.
There are roadside parking spaces for guests staying in # 14 Palm Beach should you wish to hire a car during your stay.
Pat, the manager - who lives in one of the Palm Beach Condominiums - will meet and greet you on your arrival at the condo and she will happily answer any questions that you may have regarding your stay in Barbados.
The rates shown above include all taxes, maid service (3 times a week), gas, electricity (including air-conditioning), linen and towels (including beach towels).

We do not currently offer to pre-book transfers from the airport, however there are always plenty of vehicles for hire just outside the arrivals hall at Grantley Adams International Airport.
A welcome pack of groceries can be ordered to your specification. It will be delivered to the apartment prior to your arrival and you will be required to pay for the goods after you arrive.
No smoking in the apartment.
This is a holiday rental property and cannot be hired as a party venue.

Credit card payments are not accepted. This is in order to keep the rates low and to avoid high bank charges for this small business.
For UK residents :- A money transfer for 25% is required to secure a booking. (If you wish to pay via a cheque or Banker's Draft, please advise us of this preference when you request to make a booking).
For non-UK residents:- A sterling money transfer for 25% is required to secure a booking.
Once your deposit payment has been received you will receive a Booking Confirmation via e-mail, together with some 'Car Hire' and 'Before you Travel' information.
Your balance - via the payment methods shown above - will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival at # 14 Palm Beach.
A balance reminder will be sent to you a couple of weeks before your
payment is due.

14. You are right close the beach and close walking distance to anything
and everything you need. The other residents are very pleasant and the
complex is extremely well kept in comparison to some others. There is
the added bonus of musical entertainment from the Mango Bay bar next
door which added to the overall ambience in the evenings. Would not
hesitate to recommend this condo if you are staying in Barbados."
Everything at # 14 Palm Beach was absolutely fine.
I appreciated the new bed linen and towels, and the condo was spotlessly clean. In the kitchen everything I needed was there, and the bathroom facilities were good.

We had a good flight and Harold was there to meet us at the airport.
Pat was wonderful and showed us everything about the condo. We liked everything about its location and furnishings. Exactly right for our needs. Clean, spacious, well furnished and equipped, with comfortable beds.
The kitchen was well-equipped and it was easy to prepare and cook meals in there.
The maid service was thorough, with towels and bedding being replaced during or stay, and the entire condo given a good clean-through.
We like the location of # 14, being set in lovely gardens with a good sized pool on one side and the beautiful beach on the other, all hidden away from the bustle of Holetown's 1st Street.
We enjoyed having our G & Ts on the balcony before we turned in to the sound of tree frogs.
Everything about this holiday more than met our expectations and we hope to return soon.

From the first time I contacted you via your website everything ran smoothly. Virtually everything I needed to know was on your website. It is very informative with plenty of photos for each of the properties. Any questions that I asked were answered quickly.
The accommodation was brilliant. Spotlessly clean with everything that you need for a self-catering holiday.
The holiday information pack you sent was superb. It gave a lot of really good information. Also, it is great that you can order groceries ready for when you arrive.
Pat was great. We didn't have any problems but she was always about if we needed her help. She even offered to take us to the cricket ground in Bridgetown to get tickets for the test match.
So, there you have it, a wonderful experience from booking, right through to the end of our holiday. I will have no problem recommending Bajan Retreats to anybody, and when we do return to Barbados you will be the first person I contact. I couldn't have asked for any more.
