PoolThis luxury, modern, upper floor condominium is one of 14 privately-owned properties set within lush tropical gardens with a freshwater swimming pool (3 feet to 7 feet deep and approximately 30 feet long by 15 feet wide), sun deck and loungers.  A BBQ is also available for guests’ use.


Palm Beach Condominiums are situated on St. James' beach in Holetown on Barbados’ beautiful ‘platinum’ west coast. Many water sports, including scuba diving and snorkelling, are available locally.

Two world-class golf courses - The Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane - are within easy reach.

An excellent selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets are located in Sunset Crest & Holetown. Other amenities including the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre - with its shops, cafes & cinemas, plus lots more - bars, banks, a supermarket*, mini markets, a butchers, an ice cream parlour, wine shops, fruit and veg stalls, bakeries, coffee shops, a Post Office, medical centres, the Chattel Village shops (offering everything from souvenirs to gourmet food), and Sunset Mall - a shopping plaza with a small department store (Cave Shepherd) and a cafe plus other outlets - are also within easy walking distance.

* The Massy supermarket (in what was the West Coast Mall) in Holetown will be closed - due to expansion - from the end of April to November 2017, however there are numerous other shops and mini-markets in or close to Holetown.

Meanwhile, during the period when their Holetown supermarket is closed, Massy have advised that they intend be provide a shuttle service to/from their branch in Warrens.




Lounge Decor

# 7 Palm Beach - which is located at the end of the block of condos - is bright and airy and very tastefully decorated and furnished in pretty tropical colours. High standards of decoration and cleanliness prevail.

The large, private, furnished balcony - complete with a ceiling fan - offers views across the tropical gardens and swimming pool area (attractively illuminated at night). The landscaped gardens lead down to the beach and the enticing blue waters of the Caribbean Sea. There is also a rear entrance door that leads out from the lounge area.

Lounge AreaThe comfortable, spacious lounge/dining room includes a ceiling fan, a tower fan, a sofa, arm chairs, coffee table, a dining table & chairs and multi-choice TV.

# 7 is also equipped with a telephone for accepting incoming calls and making outgoing local calls - which are free.

Free WI-FI is usually available in the condo and on the balcony as well as in the gardens.

KitchenThe kitchen is well-equipped and includes an oven & hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, an iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

The air-conditioned bedroom offers beds that can be made up as a king size or 2 singles, a ceiling fan, bedside tables & lamps and an en suite dressing area - with ample wardrobe space - that  leads into the bath/shower/WC Bedroomroom. A small safe is also provided for guests' valuables.

There are parking spaces to the rear of the condos should you wish to hire a car during your stay.

Pat, the manager, - who lives in one of the neighbouring Palm Beach Condominiums - will meet and greet you on your arrival at the condo and she will be happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding your stay in Barbados.

A pre-arranged transfer from Grantley Adams Airport to Palm Beach. (Approx. 40 minute drive. BDS$ 65-BDS$ 80). Payable locally.

A welcome pack of groceries can be ordered to your specification. It will be delivered to the apartment prior to your arrival and you will be required to pay for the goods after you arrive.


No pets.

No smoking in the apartment.

This is a holiday rental property and cannot be hired as a party venue.

Credit card payments are not accepted. This is in order to keep the rates low and to avoid high bank charges for this small business.

For UK residents :- A deposit cheque, Banker's Draft or money transfer for 25% is required to secure a booking. If you wish to pay via a money transfer please request this at the time of booking.

For non-UK residents:- A sterling Banker's Draft, a sterling International Money Order or money transfer for 25% is required to secure a booking. If you wish to pay via a money transfer please request this at the time of booking.

Once I have received your deposit payment I will e-mail you a Booking Confirmation, together with my 'Car Hire' and 'Before you Travel' information.

Your balance - via the payment methods shown above - will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival at # 7 Palm Beach.

I will e-mail you a receipt as soon as I receive your balance payment.

If your booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date at # 7 Palm Beach, the full payment will be required.

You will receive my 'Useful information' documents 10-14 days prior to your arrival in Barbados.

In addition to comprehensive and detailed advice, helpful tips, recommendations and maps, your ‘Useful information’ documents will also contain:-

  • A customised local area map with detailed directions to your accommodation in Barbados.
  • The name and telephone number of the person who will be your contact on the island if you have any questions or concerns during your stay.
  • The number of the guests’ telephone in your accommodation – complete with international dialling codes – so that you can advise the number to any family and friends who you think may wish to contact you while you are in Barbados.
  • Telephone numbers for recommended local taxi drivers.
  • Invitations to pre-book any ‘optional extras’ – such as a transfer from the airport to Palm Beach and a ‘welcome pack’ of groceries.

The following cancellation charges apply:-

Cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date - Loss of deposit.

Cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date – Loss of 100% of the total cost.

As with all holidays, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

"Location, location, location !!! WOW !!! 

Beach, bars and restaurants within a minutes’ walk. Fantastic !! 

Imagine having a beautiful beach at the end of your garden !!! Stay here and that is what you get. The private pool and gardens are like a little oasis of peace and tranquillity.

Pat and the team do a fantastic job looking after the complex and the guests. I felt at home straight away.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable (especially the bed).

With only 14 units there is always plenty of room around the gardens and fresh water pool - and you have the option to take your sun lounger to the beach which is literally a few steps away. Shops, bars, restaurants and bus stops are less than a minutes walk. I would definitely book again.

Firstly, we had a very good time, Aside from 1 day, during the remainder 
of the holiday the weather was as expected. 

The position of the condos we found to be excellent. Having the ability 
to go to either the pool or the beach within a few steps was something 
that we greatly enjoyed. In particular, being able to take loungers onto 
the beach was brilliant. 

The proximity to the local supermarket, shops and restaurants is a huge 
plus. On our first evening we had a concern that the noise from the 
Mango Bay Hotel might be a problem but everything died down by about 11pm. 

The pool area and the gardens were extremely well maintained. 

As you know, due to lack of availability at # 14, we moved from # 7 to # 
14 during our holiday. Both condos were very nice.

The furnishings and equipment in both condos were very good. The beds 
were extremely comfortable and the regular change of linen, towels and 
beach towels worked well. 

The arrangements regarding taxis for airport collection and delivery 
worked perfectly and the advice and assistance of Pat were appreciated.

We had a really good time and would a) seriously consider returning and 
b) recommend to friends.

"What an awesome stay at # 7 ! It was such a great price for all that it included. We had never done a self catering vacation before, always staying in hotels or all inclusive resorts. We absolutely loved the freedom to go see and do everything around Barbados !
We spent a lot of time poolside and at the beach. I loved watching the sea from our balcony as I had my morning coffee. The condo was incredibly clean and had all of the necessary items we needed. When we couldn't find something we needed, the manager, Pat, was able to easily locate it for us ! She was exceptional and so sweet. The maid was great, she came every other day and the place looked awesome at all times !

We would absolutely stay here again ! The location could not be more perfect. We made it all over the island during our one week stay and had a great time touring around Holetown to all of the great shops and restaurants (we loved Zaccios !)

We had a very memorable trip and can't wait to come back !"

"The apartment was perfect and very homely with just about everything we needed. The location is great as Holetown has several excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance plus numerous shops and a large supermarket. The pool was very quiet, relaxing and well maintained with the bonus that if you fancy the beach it's only 50 yds away.

On arrival we were greeted by Pat, the property manager, and she was very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was cleaned regularly when the opportunity was also taken to replace all the bed linen and towels.

We took the blue and yellow buses which run very regularly up and down the main west coast highway at a cost of BDS$ 2 each !!

We are hopeful to revisit Barbados next year and shall have no hesitation in renting this apartment again. Thanks to all concerned for making our stay so enjoyable".
